Bob Turners track

The Colo river flows through the heart of the Wollemi National Park. Bob Turners track is in the lower part of the river, it has a small sandy beach and is a great spot for a swim.

Directions
Drive up to the service station at Colo heights about 15 km from the park, drive a further 500m and turn left onto a fire trail signposted Bob Turners track.
Follow the trail keeping to the left for about 3km there is a parking area, the trail can be a bit rutted. There is a NPWS signpost at the start of the track.

Canoe Creek

Time : 5-6 hrs

Ascent : 400m

The walk can be done in a day or can be done in two days camping overnight.

Directions
Canoe Creek is accessed from the Grassy Hill fire trail, drive 16km past the Colo heights service station on the left. It can be hard to spot and is usually signposted.
Follow the trail for about 8.5km to a gate, park your vehicle in the clearing just before the gate. This trail may be badly rutted and not suitable for low clearance 2WD vehicles.
